Michele - Marketing Manager & Project Coordinator

Michele plays a key role on our team. As our Marketing Manager, she leads the charge on all things branding, social media, and getting the word out about what we do. She also keeps things moving behind the scenes: handling Notices of Commencement, permits, and jumping in to support our production team wherever she's needed. Michele's the go-to person for keeping projects organized.

DEXTER - OFFICE COMPANION

Dexter is Ready Roofing’s beloved office companion and an important part of our team. Whether he’s greeting the crew, keeping an eye on things around the office, or catching a well-deserved nap, Dexter brings plenty of personality and smiles to the Ready Roofing family.

And in loving memory of Feebie, Dexter’s longtime sidekick and fellow office companion, who will always hold a special place in the Ready Roofing family. 🐾🧡
